    This is not working. I get an error from Cloudflare's Name servers are not set up correctly.

    Also, does this CNAME alias work with secure forms (https)?

    I have forwarded this issue to our developers.

    We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Also, does this CNAME alias work with secure forms (https)?

    Unfortunately, https URL will show certificate warning due to not matching host name. However, some solution may be available in the future.

    I am having the same problem:

    DNS Resolution Error

    You've requested a page on a website (forms.pahrodf.org) that is on the CloudFlare network. Unfortunately, CloudFlare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (forms.pahrodf.org). There are two potential causes of this:

    I implemented the CNAME for form.mydomain.com -> form.jotform.us

    I changed the code for my popup form to point to http://form.mydomain.com/form/123123123123

    I get this error:

    DNS Resolution Error

    You've requested a page on a website (form.........com) that is on the CloudFlare network. Unfortunately, CloudFlare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (form.........com). There are two potential causes of this:

    Most likely: if the owner just signed up for CloudFlare it can take a few minutes for the website's information to be distributed to our global network. Check back in about 5 minutes and the site should be up and running and enjoying all the benefits of CloudFlare.

    Less likely: something is wrong with this site's configuration. Usually this happens when accounts have been signed up with a partner organization (e.g., a hosting provider) and the provider's DNS fails.

    @Duadmin,

    Please point form.yourdomain.com to custom.jotform2.com

    DNS record:

    form.yourdomain.com CNAME custom.jotform2.com

    If that does not work too, we will forward the problem to our Technicians.

    I have also marked your separate thread as private, so you can share the domain name with us.

    Thank you.

    Hi,
