Form over quota
This form has exceeded its allocated quota.
You have currently exceeded the free SSL Submissions and Regular Submissions limit of the month. That is the reason why you are seeing the over quota message on the form. Note that for free users, the SSL Submissions and Regular Submissions limit is 100 per month. Check the pricing page for more details. http://www.jotform.com/pricing/
To enable it back, you have to subscribe to any of the available paid plans for higher limits. Or if you do not wish to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will happen every first day of the following month. Example, next submissions reset will be on March 01, 2016.
