I know you have a translation tool ,so that the forms in Arabic don't get rejected.please tell where can I find it

Yes, it is true that Arabic and French forms can get tagged as a phishing form. You are correct that you need to use the Language Tool so that you can create the forms in English first. After that, add the Arabic language and then make it as a default.
