I need help creating a custom PDF

    Do you provide a service whereby you can create a custom PDF from one of our forms?

    Do you mean to create a custom PDF form? If so, unfortunately, we are not offering any custom PDF forms service. A fillable PDF form can be generated using JotForms in your account from More options after selecting the form.

    HI - Not really - I just want to know why my form will not save??? I have spent hours designing this template and it wont save. Thanks.

    I've tried making some changes to the PDF submission report of the cloned version of your JotForm and I was not able to replicate the issue at my end.

    I've cleared the form caches from my end to see if that helps. Please try making some changes and save the PDF report using a different browser. Please make sure that you are having an active session of your JotForm account before you save the report. Also, please check if there are any error reported in the browser console (Press F12 key while the page is open and then click on Console tab to see the errors). If there are any errors displayed, please provide us with the screenshot of the error so that we can further investigate the issue.
