I have an original paid account for the last 2 years but since a few days I cannot login.
My original account user is Acun and email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have a new computer but forgot my password for this account.
Now if I click Forgot my Password a box says that a mail has been sent with password renewal instructions but this mail never comes.
I signed up with this second email just to write on the support forum.
