I also sync the jotform with google drive to have a repository of submission (uploaded files by users) and data.
I did received a "notifier" from a user on my email account, but nothing on my Drive. I test it again myself and this time it worked (my test form submission have been recorded on my drive).
But when I came back to my JotForm account, I cannot find the form anymore! (nor submission or report directly on JotForm).
Not a big deal since I do get the notifier, but the sync issue bug me a little and I want to make sure I get all the submissions. Any idea of what might going on here?

That form was created in a guest account and not on your registered account with username thomaschaumont. I have moved the form to your registered account, including the submission data and the file uploads on it. Please log back in to see your form in your "My Forms" list.
Let us know if you need more help on this.

Oh I see, great! Many thanks for your support!
Do you have any idea what can be wrong regarding the google drive sync? I've tried again and everything's fine when I give it a try but apparently when users do submit the forms along the document this does not work (while the links provided with the notifier does work but link to files hosted at JotForm I guess). eg =
Apparently, there is no data associated with the submission when I look up directly on JotForm.

You are welcome.
For the follow up concern you have, I have opened a separate thread for it so that we can better discuss it, it might be not directly related to the original issue you have on this post. Please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/774571. I will address it shortly. Thank you for your understanding.
