    Hi

I have a D.O.B field that is marked as required in my form but the entered info is not showing in submissions in some cases. Something to do with Apple devices maybe?

    Any ideas please?

    Thanks, Loz.

I have tried submitting your form on an Apple device without filling out the Date field, and it resulted in the error:

Date info not coming through in submissions Image 1 Screenshot 20

I do see in your submissions that 7 submissions are missing info in "Date of Birth" field, while one of them is also missing a date in the "Contract Start Date" field. These form fields are marked as required.

Is the form embedded on your website, or were you providing your users with the form's direct link - http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51383598235362?

If the form is embedded on your website, can you please try embedding it with our iFrame embed method instead, and see if that resolves the issue.

We look forward to hearing how it goes. Thank you.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply.

Users are accessing the form via direct link, it is not embedded in our site.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I test your form and didn't replicate the same issue, it doesn't allow to submit when those required fields are empty. In this case, we have only one option left to determine the source. It seems that some your users are using the browser with disabled scripting option, so what you need to do is add the widget called "NoScript" on your form. This one helps you to find which user has disabled its JavaScript option.

    Thanks.
