When I added Box Integration to form https://form.jotform.com/51684889899991
I never got the screen to allow me to select what root folder or sub-folder I wanted results to upload to. I tried deleting and reconnecting the integration with Box and it did not give the screen. What am I doing wrong? Also, I need to know some information re: the access jotform will have. When I agree to grant access is it 'only' granting access to that specific folder or does Jotform have access to ALL folders in our corporate Box account? This will not fly with compliance if it's granting access to 'all'.

I have tested Box integration with one of my forms and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I was able to select root folder or sub-folder.
Can you please check if yours username and password are correct? To check if your Integration is setup good please read this articles:
Also clear your form cache. You can also try to use different browser.
JotForm will only have access to folder you select.
If you are getting some error message, please provide us a screenshot.

The screenshot from another forum is different than this one. I followed your directions and changed the root folder name to "Jotform Insurance" and then the sub=folder to the Person 1 Full Name with date option. I then hit complete integration and it said it was done. I then went into my Box account and searched all our folders for one titled "Jotform" and the only thing I get are some Word Docs that I created with instructions on how to create forms etc. Please see my snips below.

I cloned your form and followed your steps. However, I was unable to replicate the mentioned issue, I'm receiving the submitted data on my Box account.
If there was an issue then seems to be fixed. Could you please try again?
The integration seems to be working fine on my end. You may also try to remove and add it once again.

Maybe it just takes overnight to create/show up on Box's end? The folder does show up today! Thank you for your help!

Yes, this could be temporary. I did check the integration today and it's working as expected as well.
