You can use the update form field/calculation condition to copy a field value to another field.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

The update condition should forward whatever data is entered to the field to the appropriate field.  Depending on the formatting of the text you are copying, the formatting may not be retained.

According to the following screen copy , can I do what I want : that’s when clicking in the field “liste des ...” copy in fields shown by an arrows parts of the line ( the options are pasted with word or excel : there is no difference in the result).
This from is included in retzchauffeurs.fr ( jimdo) a tool very useful for drivers ( social program).
    Thanks in advance David

Just like what David mentioned, you can use the Update/Calculate field condition in order to copy the option that was chosen on another input field.

You can also use Radio buttons so that once an option is chosen, the corresponding value will be populated on the target field by using the Update/Calculate field condition.
