Reports To Cloud: Not forwarding data to Dropbox

    The reports to cloud feature is not working on my account.

    I have just tried the Reports To Cloud App, and I was able to get the Excel report data at my Dropbox.

    Is there any specific steps to reproduce the issue? Do you get any errors? Please also provide us with a form link/name you are trying to connect to the Dropbox.

    It would not write to my dropbox account when using the integrations. I got the PDF doc to write but not the excel document?

    The Reports To Cloud App will not add an Excel file with each form submission, but it should update an Excel file at specific location of your Dropbox.

    For example, the next integration should update Dropbox/JotForm/ExcelReport.xlsx file.

    However, I am not sure if the update time is equal to 24 hours or some other value.

    I have attached a ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our developers in order to clarify this.

    We will let you know once we have any updates.

    Has this been resolved?  Do we know the time it takes to transmit files to Dropbox?  It tells me it was successful however, the file has not appeared in Dropbox yet.

    This is assigned to one of our developers, but there are no updates in regards to the same at this time. There is also no timeframe that we can give you as to when our developers would update the thread, but as soon as there are any updates they will update this thread.
