Getting "CSRF Token failed, please contact with JotForm Support!" when trying to register for an account.

    I received error message:

    CSRF Token failed, please contact with JotForm Support!

     

    I have a form saved.

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I just would like to confirm where are you getting the error message you have posted above? Are you trying to register/create an account here in Jotform and got that message? Kindly give us more information/details of the issue you're having and we will be glad to help you. Thank you

    Hi, yes I was trying to create an account name and password.
    With that said, I do already have a form created that I am able to go back to repeatedly.

    May we know the link to the form you're pertaining to, please? I would like to apologize, however, I can't seem to reproduce the issue you're having.
