There are 2 ways to achieve what you are after.

I would recommend using our Form Separator widget. It will allow you to set everything from withing the widgets wizard.

Alternative to this would be to grab the Text Field from the Form Tools

and add Horizontal ruler - <hr/> which would create a line that you can move on your jotform.

The first option gives you what you need without much hassle, while the second one might be better if you are good with CSS and now what you want to get in the end, but again form separator allows you to achieve the same.
