    Trying to create a .pdf from an existing doesn't seem to be working?

    When I click on the "More" tab and select create.pdf  the progress wheel comes up and the status says working but nothing ever happens. I am trying the SQUARE 1 SERVICE FORM.

    This could be related to the widgets and other functionalities that you are using in your form, as far as I know it's not possible to use widget and other features in your form, if you would like to create a PDF form then you will need to create it only with the basic fields.

    I would agree but I just created a form called basic form with just a name and address area to fill in and it still did not work

    I cloned your form and I was able to download the PDF version of it.

    Could you try again please?
