We do not receive all submissions by email

    Why don't we receive all notification emails.. Just upgraded to a silver plan and we receive about 10% of all emails we suppose to receive.. Really starting to annoy as it is not the first time we encounter this problem. Hope the problems will be fixed soon. Hope you can do something about this soon!!

    I've checked the email history log of your JotForm account and see that the emails were sent from our end without any issue. I notice that you are using a custom email address as the sender email address. Could you try changing the sender email address to JotForm's default email address to see if that works?

    If you want to set your email address as sender email address, you may try setting up SMTP for the email address by following the guide below:
