May we ask for the URL of the form that has https:// security warning so that we can test it from our end?
We'll await your prompt response. Thank you for using JotForm!

I get the same security error: https://application.mservicegroup.com/form/20225407335
Can we please add my domain/subdomain to the security certificate so it will not get that error, please.
Or is that something I can do?

You must have a security certificate for the domain application.mservicegroup.com so you can serve secure forms without getting a security warning. Otherwise, you will have to stick to serving regular forms, or using our secure domain, such as https://www.jotform.com/form/20225407335.
