I have a client that's looking to integrate an Organizational Health Checkup (OHC) tool on her website. The tool will be a list of questions that are scored. Upon completion of the OHC, she would like the client to receive a pretty HTML email with the scores broken down by sections. For example, I would like to display the following for a client, “Overall your LEADERSHIP score is at ( %) for (Client Name).” In addition to the email that displays the individual scores for each section, the client would like to display graphs and the same information that included in the email on the screen after submission. Can I do this with JotForm? :)

You can customize the email body yes.
-By using the toolbar in the email composer
- By adding and placing the variable fields wherever you can.
