Hi, I saw my question was erased in the blog, and i need help. I have a jotform account that I am paying for and I knw the settings have been changed. I am no longer receiving leads at all email addresses and I can not log in.

I was able to locate the previous post on our forum, it was set to private. There was no result for an account with a username email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org however when using the id of the form embeded in your website as the criteria for the search, the results showed the account with username: mylovemd . Please try using this as the username when logging in to JotForm.
