Cancel account

    Hi,

    I want to cancel my current account. I supposed that by choosing a FREE PLAN I wouldn't have to do any following payment. However, that's not the case. I am still paying for a service I don't use anymore. What should I do to cancel definitely my account?

    Kindly get back to us to let us know the username of the account you are referring to, as account username voodha this is in Free status, however, I have checked the domain you a using from gastronomicainternacional.com  and found an active subscription, but we have to be sure the right account you are inquiring about.
