Error when trying to create fillable PDF form

    Hello,

I am trying to generate a fillable PDF from a form I built in JotForm, but am having some trouble.  I've generating PDFs several times previously and have never encountered this issue before.

After clicking "Create PDF," either nothing happens (continually says "Working..."), OR after several minutes it will finally generate and download a form -- but I cannot open it.  When I try opening it, an error message pops up saying Adobe cannot open my form "because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).  To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF."

Any assistance would be much appreciated, as I am on a tight deadline to get these forms finished.  Thank you!

I tried converting one of my forms into a PDF and I was able to do so. I was able to open it as well in Adobe Reader.

Please take note that there are limitations in creating a fillable PDF depending on how long the form is. Please check this article: Fillable PDF Everything you need to know about JotForm Fillable PDF Creator

If you like, we can clone your form and then convert it to fillable PDF. After that, we can send it to you via email. We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.
