My form keeps sending a Incomplete Values error and all the required fields are filled. My form keeps sending a Incomplete Values error:

Please go back and fix the problem

I can't seem to replicate your issue. I cloned your form and made a test submission and I was able to submit the form without any issue. I also tested it on your form and I was able to submit successfully.
Are you still encountering the issue? If you are, please try refreshing your browser cache first then try to submit the form again. Here's a guide on how to clear your cache: How To Clear Browser Cache
