Guest accounts rely on browser cookies, and if something happened to these cookies (whether it's cleared, overriden, etc), you will lose access to that form and the submissions made to it.
You can only restore access to the form and the submission data by registering an account using the email address entered in the form's email alerts.
If you are unable to restore it with that method, then you can instead provide us the link of the form created on the guest account and we would be glad to move it to your current account.
Another solution would be to clone the form to your account, however the submission data from the form will not be carried over to the clone. Here's how: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
