How to Add Text with Editable Areas and Adobe eSign Feature to My Form?

    How do I create a form like this? https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/51060458060951?

    I have signed up for the Adobe service, and I would like to know create a form like the one in the link above with editable areas within the text of the document and a signature field.

    Hi Chris,

    To create a text with empty fillable parts like the form you shared, you need to use the "Narrative Fields" widget and you need to use some special variables to define it.

    Please, see it from the below:

    I,  {Name : Your Name}, regarding all the documents that will be accessed in the ...

     

    Above, blue marked area represents the "Name" variable and red marks area is the hint text, so you need to use this kind of structure to define blank spots in your text. Also, please see the widget's wizard from the following image:
