Unfortunately, there is something wrong with your specific form. Even without images and other fields the form is hanging in my browser.

It looks like that there is some processing conflict issue which should be checked by our developers. I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread.
We will get back to you once we have any updates.

Your form has 105 products and 524 subproducts. Unfortunately, JotForm Payments is not designed to handle such large amount of items.
Kindly trim down the number of products in your form, or break down your form into two or more forms.
