Can a manager receive an email prompt if he/she hasn't responded to a form request?

Our forms all require a manager's approval before being processed.  Sometimes the managers forget about receiving the emailed requests for approval and the requests sit idle for a week.

Is there a way to create a follow up email in 3-5 days that reminds the manager of the outstanding approval?

Unfortunately, we do not have such feature. However, you may try integrating your form with one of our email integrations: http://apps.jotform.com/category/emailling. 

Some of them could allow you to send emails based on time frames.
