Trying to create an offline pdf and it won't create

I am trying to create an offline pdf and it just keeps saying working. It has let me do it at other times but lately it won't let me and this is the number one reason why we are using JotForm. Need this feature to work ASAP.

If I understood you correctly you are unable to create Fillable PDF form. 

Please provide us ID of the form, that you are trying to convert to Fillable PDF form. 

Also please note that sometimes long forms can not be converted to Fillable PDF form. Also there can be an issue with forms that have widgets, hidden fields, conditions and all other features that are not supported in Fillable PDF form.
