We use this app to help pull reports of our submissions and I noticed that for three of the forms, it is not pulling up-to-date information and wanted to submit this to the support for the app but I have received the attached message.

I'm not sure if the link that you are using worked, but it's not working on my end as well.
You may share us the links to your forms and we will be glad to test them in the app.

Sorry for the delay!
The three forms that are not pulling when I use the combine submissions are these:
When I go to the app to combine the submissions for a report that I run, I am able to see those forms in the options.
But when I get the actual report, the submissions for those forms do not populate.

I tested the app and your forms, I was able to download the CSV file with the data, you can download it on this link.
Is it the same file that you download?
Is the file blank when you download it?

I usually pull those submissions with some others and for the past couple of weeks, even though the credential renewal forms are showing in the combine submissions menu, it didn't pull all of the submissions, only a small amount of them. However, when I ran the report again this morning, it pulled the submissions for the forms that I submitted above, and it appears to be functioning again. I will let you know if it happens again.

Great to know that it is working now, just to let you know, the forms must have submissions to appear on the app, those forms without submissions will not appear.
