500 Internal Server Error nginx/1.9.3 when trying to edit form or view submissions

Yikes! Is something happening on your end?

I'm trying to edit a couple of my forms or view submissions and 90% of the times I'm getting:

500 Internal Server Error nginx/1.9.3

We are not getting any similar report for this today, I just checked it. Please try it again and let us know if you are still getting the same error so we can alert our developers about it.
