The tests are in the results section though. I've tested the email in the jotform email section, and the test email is received just fine, but no email is received when I actually test the form by filling it out and hitting the submit button.

I've tried sending a test submission to your JotForm and see that the email notification was sent from our end without any issue.

I've also checked the email address in our bounce list and it is not listed there. We request you to go through the guide How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues that can help you in troubleshooting certain email delivery issues.
