How do i create a form on google sites?

Asked by ggsstarvending on February 18, 2016 at 10:49 AM
I seems to be missing a step at the end of the upload process. I used: " formID ( ) " as a Form ID in google and nothing happened. I used the form ID i made for the form: " Prize Redeem Form "

If someone can explain to me what if anything i am doing wrong and help would be great. >>>>

How to add your form into Google Sites Go to your site. Switch to Edit mode. Select "More gadgets..." under the "GADGETS" tab. On the new page, select "Add gadget by URL" option at the left. Enter the URL below as a gadget URL: http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/102235888454881850738/jotform.xml" Gadget settings will open. You should write your formID ( ) in order to add your form into your page.
