Billing Question

    Hi, we just upgraded our free account to the premium account and our acount is still reflecting a free account and is limiting the number of form submissions to 10. 

    Any chance you can help us figure out why the upgrade did not take? I received a confirmation from the credit card processing site that the transaction went through (we subscribed for a 2 year period).
