i have been having issues with my form named 'state average credit score' for some reason the form does not open up correctly and the rules do not function when i have it on my web page along with another jot forms form.
to make it simple i have 2 forms on 1 page and they they dont function corrrectly when they are on the same page.
is there anything you can do to help?

You should re-embed your one form using iFrame code. If that doesn't help, re-embed both using iFrame code, that should fixed it.
Two forms on the same page and both embedded using script code would create code conflict, and this is the reason why some of the form's functionality doesn't work.
Just use iFrame code and everyting would be fine.
To get your form's iframe code, please follow this steps:
1. Go to Setup & Embed
2. Click Embed Form
3. Select iFrame
4. Copy the provided code.
Hope this helps. Thank you for using JotForm!
