I LOVE the email verifying widget.
For the second time in a week during testing I received an API Key error. The first time I went into the widget, re-entered the key and away we went. No idea why the error was thrown...
This time I was unable to enter the widget back end...
I removed the widget and reinstalled. Now I get "run the widget" but no icon to get into it...

I cloned your form and seems like the widget was not added properly, I'm not able to open the wizard on it. However, when I added a new one it worked.
This could be related to the issue that you are having, it could not be added properly to your form, I would suggest you to remove and add it once again, also make sure you are using the correct/valid API key, if could be possible get a new one.
