I am trying to transfer Jotforms to ewinder, but forgot my login information. I tried to reset the password using email@example.com which is supposed to forward to my firstname.lastname@example.org email account, but it did not work. I talked to my IT person, and he says it should work. Is it possible to get a new reset email sent again? Or is it possible to get the password reset email sent directly to email@example.com?
I have found your account with email address firstname.lastname@example.org. I also saw that you made three password reset requests. However those email were not sent to your email address, because you email address is on bounce list. Our system gave following result:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : Amazon SES has suppressed sending to this address because it has a recent history of bouncing as an invalid address. I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
Considering that Amazon rejected emails sent to your email address I have remove it from Amazon Suppression List as well.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please make another password reset request.
If you want to move your forms from your account tolivier to account ewinder, log in to your account tolivier and make your request here on forum. You also need to provide us ID of the forms you want to move and username of account to which you want that your forms are moved to.
