Hi there -- I just got word that our clients can't see a form ("Alumni Contact Update") we embedded our our website (It's a Weebly site; I embedded the forum via "Embed Code") when they're on a mobile device. It's on this page: http://www.summitalumninetwork.org/update-your-info.html Any idea why that's happening and how I can fix it? I checked with Weebly customer support and they said it wasn't an issue on their end but rather the issue lies with the code. Is this form (an any jotforms, for that matter) able to convert to mobile view? Thanks for helping!!!

I have checked webpage you provided on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and like you mentioned form is not visible.

After that I have inspected your website and I saw that you have embedded your form with script code. We recommend using of iFrame code. Please replace script code with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue. Inside of this guide you can find out how to get iFrame code of your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Also I noticed that your form is not responsive. If the form will be viewed on mobile devices I would suggest you to make it responsive. You can make your form responsive by adding Mobile Responsive widget to your form.

Inside of this guide you can also find how to make your form to be responsive:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
