The Next and Back Button does not work

    Hi--

    On this form:  https://form.jotform.com/60463986335161 the Next and Back (Page Break) buttons are not working. It is supposed to be 6 pages long. Will someone help me fix that?

    I cloned your form to test it and I am able to reproduce the page break issue.  I am looking in to what specifically is causing this and will up date this thread as soon as I have.

    The first section error looks to be caused by these two fields:

    When I removed those two fields and recreated them, I was then able to progress to the next page.
