I just tested your form and it seems to be fine, I did recieved the autoresponse message from your form. Can you please try again this time?
Did this start to happen after you've switched to our new domain? If so, please switch it again to jotform.com and check if this resolves the problem.

- rtuckerAnswered on February 19, 2012 at 02:33 PMI have revise two forms and I receive no auto response when I have the full name Ronald Tucker and send to email address email@example.com. The cites for the forms are www.epiccor.com and www.epicistore.com. I have use Ron Tempos sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and the auto response goes through. I have received many emails over email@example.com yesterday and today. After you shut down I went to your .com address and it was necessary to log in to get my forms, inorder to made modifications. Prior to the shut down everything worked perfectly.
