Is there anyway to get rid of double spacing in the PDF submitted with email?

My PDF that is attached to submissions has a lot of blank spaces and double spacing that is unecessary and creates extra paperwork when printed.  Is there anyway to fix this?  Is there a way to customize page breaks within the PDF?

Unfortunately, the PDF submission cannot be customized. This is a feature that has been requested and it's in the to do list of developers, hopefully it will be released in the near future.
