Is it possible that a user's browser blocks a redirect to my "thank you" page after clicking "submit" in a completed form embedded on my site?Asked by anthonyjonahs on February 18, 2016 at 04:24 PM
I am tracking my form submissions through Google Analytics, by setting a "Thank you" pageview as a goal. But it seems that certain form submissions which register in Jotform do not show up in my analytics. In my analytics, it shows them as leaving the page form page instead of proceeding to the "Thank you" page.
At first I thought it may be impatient users leaving before the redirect takes place (there is a ~2 second delay between clicking submit and being redirected). But I have trouble believing.
Then I thought that maybe certain browsers are blocking the redirect from the embedded form to my thank you page. Is this possible or common?
I just tested your form and I was redirected to your custom Thank You Page:
It might be possible that the browserS or antivirus are blocking your page, because it runs on non-secure protocol "HTTP": http://eng-base.com/thank-you/
Okay. Thank you!
