Switch form to non-payment form to get more free submissions

Hi! I set up a form originally to accept Paypal payments with the submission, but I ran out of free submissions and deleted my payment option from the form. I was hoping this would allow the form to still be used, just not with payments. But my form is still showing as "over quota" when I pull it up online. Can this be fixed? I have spent HOURS on creating this form and am hoping I don't have to start over. Or switch to a different form hosting company. :( Thanks for your help.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, you will have to wait until the first day of next month (March 1) for the submission counter to reset to 0. By then you will be able to receive new submissions again. If you want, you can upgrade your account to one of our pricing plans so that you can receive new submissions this month.
