Dealing with copyright permissions

I'm creating (essentially) a multiple choice/ short answer test.  On the multiple choice part, my students will get full credit if they're spot on, partial credit if they're close, no credit if they're far off.

My problem is that there's a certain copyright on the test that means I can't upload it to the internet in any way, shape, or form.  I have enough computers that each student can sit and take the test, but if I have the form on the computer, can they just sit down, fill it out, save it, and email it back to me?  Without it ever having to be uploaded to the internet? (with the exception of the email--I realize that is a form of uploading)
