I am trying to assist a user who received a jotform, but is unable to open the pdf attachment.

    We get an error message when trying to open the form: "Bandwidth Exceeded.

    This link has generated too much traffic and have automatically been disabled".

    You received the Bandwidth Limit Error because the pdf attachment has been viewed/downloaded more than 100 times.

    Do note that we have set the following restrictions to prevent bandwidth abuse.

    Small files - less than 10 MB = 100 views (downloads).

    Large files - More than 10 MB = 10 views (downloads).

    I have now reset the download count for your pdf attachment to 0 so you should now be able to open it again. However, please note that we can only do this once. I would suggest you to integrate your form with Dropbox or Google drive to avoid getting the Bandwidth exceeded message, since as indicated above, we can reset the limit only once.
