Can't sign up an account, shows "CSRF Token failed..."

    Tried to sign up and received this message:

    CSRF Token failed, please contact with JotForm Support!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. May we know if you are still unable to sign up an account to us. 

    I see your email address gva****@the*****a*** already has an account with username pitchforms. You can log in using that account instead. If you are still having problems on this, please let us know.
