In the past I have successfully imported CSV files into Jotform using the import tool (http://import.jotform.io)
However since transferring our account to the european servers the import tool hangs on the screen 'Form Picker' stating "LOADING FORMS PLEASE WAIT..."
I have uploaded a screenshot.
Please can you help?

Yes, you are right about the issue, I replicated the same result on my side. When the user in EU servers, the app hangs on form selection stage. Now, I'm going to forward this issue to our developers. Since the problem's importance level is high, it will be fixed as soon as possible. When there is an update, you will be informed from this thread via email.

This has now been fixed. the import app will work as it should on EU accounts.
