Urgent - Why the downgrade? I've payd premium for 2 years - till 2013

    This is urgent,

    I've payd premium account for 2 years on the 28th december.

     Dec 28, 2011 Payment To Interlogy LLC  Completed  ... -$69.50 USD 

    What is going on? I've had the Professional account for one month (16 jan - 16 feb) and have payed the premium account till Dec 28, 2013.

    Date of sign up:  Dec 28, 2011
    Subscription Name:  JotForm premium biyearly for ualv
    Subscription Number:  S-4JS58273BA567305B

        The exchange rate for this purchase is 1 EUR = 1.26686USD
    Subscription Terms:
    $69.50 USD for the first 2 years

    Then $69.50 USD for each 2 years

    This is really an upset. If my costumers couldn't submit my forms for one day, i can not imagine the problems that my entreprise is goint to have tomorrow. This is serious and a lot of money is on stake.

    I'm going to wait a few hours. I wish not to cancel any of your services, but if this kind of basic problems continues, we'll have to look for another formbuildir company.

    As far as I can see, you have ordered and cancelled our service two times, once in 2011 and the second time in 2012. You may contact PayPal support to check if there is anything wrong with your PayPal account.

    I confirm thath i cancelled. Yes it was only not to be charged again when the subscription would be renewed. I must say that no money was chashed back from Interlogy LLC. If it worked has a cancelation i think the amount should had stayed has credit on my paypal account or withdrawed to my credit card. None of this happened. What do you advise me? We must have this service till the 28th december 2013. Thank you and ill be waiting for an urgent answer. 

    If you want i can send by e-mail (not in this forum) the credit card movements or my paypal history to prove it. Has Interlogy did not chashed me back i would like to reactivate the biyear premium subscription.

    Please accept my sincere apologies.

    You are completely right, account is supposed to stay premium until the time you have paid for expires. I have reactivated your Premium account and now you can use it.

    I will try to find out why it was downgraded.
