Despite following all the steps in Tutorial I am unable to "Post" data on Tnank You Page.

According to your above problem it seems you are having issues using the Show Post Data feature.
Please be sure that you have the show post data features enabled so that it functions properly otherwise it will not work. This is probably also the reason why you are seeing the notice message with the link. You should be able to submit and view the data from your thank you page.

I decided to look into this issue a bit more to check it and I found you are using the suggested set up properly on your form here http://www.jotform.me/form/60463884548467.
However, after investigating the issue deeper it seems it's not functioning properly as I am able to replicate the issue both on your form and a brand new test. We do apologize about any inconveniences this may be causing you.
I've sent a bug report about it to our developers on your thread here to get this looked at and we'll update you again as soon as we know more about what's going on.
