what is a conditional flag on my email notification setting?

    I went to update email notifications on one of my forms, and there was a red tag across it, saying "conditional"... upon hover, said it would not be sent until conditions are met...

     

    What the heck is that?  I've never seen it before.

    I tried to insert an image... and your insert image box was blank... just an FYI

    That means there's at least one "Send an e-mail after submission" condition attached to the notification in question and it will only be sent if it meets the criteria set in the said condition (or conditions, as the case may be).

    What do I mean by "conditions"? With the form loaded in the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click the "Conditions" button and then "Saved Conditions". You will see a summary of the condition that dictates the circumstances under which the notification will be sent. Click the condition to view and (if necessary) edit it and save the change.

    Was the form in question one that you cloned or did someone make it for you? I'm asking this because conditions don't just automatically appear. They have to be setup by someone.
