    I followed these instructions :: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-Forms-Mobile-Responsive :: and applied the changes to a JotForm theme (changed some colours, but that's it as far as customization, as far as I know)

    But my form is still not very responsive on my very responsive site:

    Any insight or perspective is always appreciated! Thanks!

    Hello,

    The JotForm 'Mobile Responsive' Widget can be used as another option. I see that you use 'Srink' for some of the fields, you could try tweaking the alignment for better display on mobile.

    Please view the clone Here.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your help.. Sorry for the long response.. I've been away for a while.

    What I'm finding is it's the form itself that isn't responding on the mobile phone. It responds in a browser window, but the very width of the form (690px) does not respond on the smartphone, only on a desktop browser window.

    No problem..

    If you have followed the above steps the form should be fully responsive. I have tested it on Android phone and it works just fine. The only problem you might have is with one of the radio button text not wrapped. Inject the bellow CSS to fix it

    @media screen and (max-width: 480px){

        .form-radio-item, .form-checkbox-item {

             white-space: normal!important;

        }

    }

    Please let us know if that solves the problem.
