We sent you a support email related to this. The image attached is the same, but we realized that the transaction is located in our newly created form. The customer in the attached has two transactions. The 2/16/2016 transaction was completed. However, the 2/18/2016 sent a notification to us, but it is not in the PayPal account. Please advise.
