I'm contacting you today in regards to my jotform account. I would like to know why several email addresses keep getting entered into the bounce list. Is there anyway to put a stop to this? This is preventing several forms to arrive to the correct email address, and I would really appreciate if someone could help me resolve this issue. Thank you in advanced.

Thank you for contacting us.
It usually means that our messages are being rejected by your email server, so that your email addresses are being added to our bounce list.
If you notice the issue again, do not remove your address from the bounce list and contact us in order to get the exact rejection message that we get.
In case you would like to have more control over your form email alerts, you can use your own SMTP sender.
