How can I create an authorization flow?

I want to create a form that its ID will be a unique number to pay in a Point of sale, and they have to comeback with a confirmation number that need to put into the form in order to complete its register. How can I do that?

If I understood correctly, this would be your workflow:

    - user submits the form, and is redirected to the payment tool for processing (Point of Sale)
    - user makes a payment, and receives a special confirmation number
    - user enters this confirmation number in order to submit the form to you as completed

If the above is indeed the workflow you are looking for, then please note that a submission on a payment form will not be marked as completed (it will not be in your submissions page) unless the user has already paid.

This means that you can set up the above workflow by simply using a payment tool on your form:

Mastering Payment Form Integrations with JotForm

Once the user makes their payment, the submission will be automatically completed, and you will receive your notification emails. There would be no need for them to go back to the form and edit their submission.

If you are asking about something else, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

Thanks, that will be a regular payment, but it ain´t what im looking, here is another example...

I have a vacation request form, some one will fill it and this form needs to have 3 approvals, his boss, manager and general manager, when you have the 3 approvals this form will be complete. Is there any way to do that?

I understand what you are looking for. It is generally referred to in our forums as approval workflow, and they entail using the Edit Link in your email notifications for each step of the process, so that subsequent persons can continue filling out the form.

You can see some of the most common approval workflows being discussed previously in these two threads:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/401633

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/360763

All of the methods require use of conditional logic, conditionally sent email notifications, and use of Edit Links in these emails.

The excellent thing about the method discussed in the first of the linked threads, is that you can create the three sections with their own access keys - so that the boss will use one access key to unlock his section and give his approval, then manager will use a different access key to unlock his section, and finally general manager would use his.

Please take a look at the methods explained there to see if that is indeed what you are looking for, and if you need any help in setting it up, please let us know here in this support thread about where you've hit the snag, and we will be happy to help you set it up.
